TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are our terms and conditions please read them carefully.

By using the Swan Valley Fresh website for the purchase of our goods and services you agree to accept our Terms and Conditions of use.  

  1. Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to delivery, if payment is not received your order may be cancelled.

Our secure payment options are:

  • Credit Cards and Debit Cards
  • STRIPE.COM
  • Bank Transfer – We accept bank transfers for orders placed over the phone, providing the payment is in our account prior to the day of delivery. However credit cards are a preferred method. We will provide our bank details to you. Please use your order number as reference as your payment WON’T be able to be allocated without a reference. If no payment is received prior to delivery, your order may be cancelled.
  1. Pricing & Weights
  • Our minimum order is $35.00 plus $10.00 delivery fee.
  • Our Fruit, Veg & Meat Boxes are a set price and the weight and quantity of produce varies time to time. We update the list weekly and the contents, amounts and weights listed are subject to change. These are given as an indication only as weights and amounts may vary according to market prices and availability.
  • Pick Your Own fruit and vegetable prices are regularly updated and all of our fresh produce that we offer are subject to variations in seasonal availability and supply price. Some items are sold by a minimum weight (ie. 500g bag) or as an individual unit. Sizes of produce can vary so when buying by the weight, we endeavour to weigh as accurately as possible, however this can vary from time to time. 
  • Swan Valley Fresh reserves the right to alter pricing or introduce new minimum spend conditions which will be published on our website
  1. Order Cancellations (for Non Subscription orders)
  • A cancellation fee of $10 applies for orders cancelled after the order cut off time.
  • An additional 20% of total order value will be applied for orders cancelled after order has been packed and on the road for delivery. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refund of your order, if your order has been collected by our External Courier.
  1. Delivery, Handling Charges and Taxes
  • For deliveries in the Perth Metro area for orders under $100 there is a delivery charge of $10.00 (inc GST).
  1. Delivery Conditions
  • To purchase groceries from Swan Valley Fresh, the delivery address which you nominate will need to be within a suburb where Swan Valley Fresh  provides delivery services. Orders for delivery to addresses in suburbs that are not in the delivery area will not be processed, please contact our office as per the webpage.
  • Delivery times and arrival of your order will depend on your area and day. Your delivery day and time is subject to change.
  • You must make all appropriate arrangements to assist and allow us to deliver your order, including obtaining any prior security, or other approvals which may apply to your delivery location.
  • In the event of delivery delays beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavour to provide you with notice of the delay as soon as reasonably possible. We will not be liable to you or any other person for any such delay.
  1. Unattended deliveries
  • Swan Valley Fresh cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in the designated area as specified by you. We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored correctly as soon as possible.
  1. Credits, Refunds & Substitutions Policy
  • Swan Valley Fresh aims for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a product or our service we will exchange or credit the value of the item. Please notify us within 48 hours from time of delivery as we may not refund after this time has passed.
  • Swan Valley Fresh  accepts that in the event of goods arriving damaged, we will replace the goods free of charge or a credit or refund will be issued.  
  • To make a return, please inform us either by email or phone.
  • Our produce and products are subject to availability and we do not always know if a product is, or will be available for delivery at the time of accepting an order. If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered we may offer a reasonable substitute.
  • If we are unable to offer a reasonable substitute of a product already purchased by you, you will be refunded and will need to supply us with your bank details in order for us to do a transfer to your nominated bank. Please allow 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
  1. Refrigerated Products
  • Swan Valley Fresh provides refrigerated items, which at the time of delivery will be at a temperature in accordance with Food Health and Safety standards.
  • Upon delivery, if the customer is not home, refrigerated products will be left together with the total order AT THE CUSTOMERS RISK
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery it is highly recommended that customers provide a cooler bag along with cooler gel packs or ice sheets (recommend 1 sheet per carton of milk).
  • Swan Valley Fresh  DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for spoiled refrigerated products.
